THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE REPRESENTS A COALITION OF NATIONS COLLABORATING FOR A SHARED MISSION: PROMOTING THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGS) TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE ON OUR PLANET, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM CAREFULLY AND PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION.

- PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION:
• Secure your spot by paying the full amount upon submitting your confirmation form.
• Payments are processed through a secure debit/credit card system. Ensure you have authorization to use your card.
• The fee is non-refundable but transferable to the next event if you cannot attend.
- ACCOMMODATION AND AMENITIES:
• Enjoy shared accommodation with fellow participants of the same gender.
• Stay duration: February 23 to 26 (3 nights, 4 days) at a 4/5 star hotel.
• Check-in and check-out will follow the hotel’s standard policy.
• Included amenities: Breakfast, lunch and dinner according to event agenda, event toolkit, and certification.
- TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:
• Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the airport.
• Our team can assist with travel queries and provide hotel booking details upon confirmation.
- EARLY ARRIVALS:
• If arriving before February 23th, book additional night accommodations independently.
• Present additional night booking details upon arrival to avoid inconvenience.
• Our team can assist with booking extra nights if needed.
- COMPLIANCE AND POLICIES:
• Please adhere to all event instructions and package guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of support and services from the Sustainable Development League.
- EXCLUSIONS:
• Airfare, extra meals, and non-official transport are not included in the package.
- EVENT ESSENTIALS:
• Receive a comprehensive program toolkit and exclusive event merchandise.

• Earn a certification upon completion of the program.

- All delegates, irrespective of their scholarship category, must register using this form. Formal invitation letters will be sent exclusively through this confirmation form to confirmed delegates.
Hotel Bookings:
- Upon receiving confirmation, hotel bookings will be arranged to facilitate delegates’ immigration processes. In case of delays or postponements, payments will be adjusted for the rescheduled arrangements without additional charges.

Attendance and Cancellation Policy
- In case you are unable to attend after confirming your participation and paying the deposit, you have the option to transfer your registration to the next event.
- To withdraw from the event, notify the organization by January 15, 2025, to accommodate your change in plans.
