Enforce our policies regarding payments, refunds, and participation
Important Note on Installments and Refunds
If you pay only the first installment (with or without accommodation) but fail to pay the second installment, your application will be deemed incomplete and canceled. In such cases, you will not be eligible for any refund, voucher, or future event consideration.
3. Sharing of Information
YAF does not sell or share personal data for commercial purposes. However, your data may be shared with:
Trusted service providers who assist in event execution (under confidentiality agreements)
Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect participant safety
Third-party platforms (e.g., payment or travel providers) accessed through YAF; their use is governed by their own privacy policies

We use standard industry practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Although no system is completely secure, we take all reasonable steps to ensure your information remains safe.

As a participant, you have the right to:

We respect your privacy and will respond promptly to any such requests.
6. Event Participation & Cancellations
YAF reserves the right to cancel any event if fewer than 20 participants confirm attendance. In such cases:
Fully or partially confirmed participants may transfer to the next event of the same category
If you are a self-funded applicant, your paid amount will be converted into a YAF Credit Voucher (YCV)
YCV Validity:
Standard YCVs: Valid for 1 year
Event cancellation YCVs: Valid for 2 years
7. Refund Policy
In accordance with our organizational policy and international regulations, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is stated in our official Terms and Conditions, agreed to at registration.
Why Refunds Are Not Possible:
Over 30% of the total fee is allocated to taxes under various jurisdictions
Significant portions are deducted by third-party payment gateways
These charges are non-refundable and beyond YAF’s control.
8. Voucher Exchange Policy (Refund Alternative)
If you are unable to attend your registered event, you may apply for a YAF Event Voucher, subject to the following terms:
Valid for up to two (2) years from issuance
Redeemable for one event per year only
Non-transferable, and subject to availability
To request a voucher exchange, contact our support team within the timeline specified in your event communication.
By proceeding with registration and payment, you agree to this No Refund / Voucher Exchange Policy in full.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to review it regularly.
