How many seats are available for Youth Leadership Summit Pakistan 2025?
There are 105 seats available, divided into Fully Funded, Partially Funded, and Self-Funded categories:

• 10 Fully Funded seats

• 20 Partially Funded seats (including 5 for social media campaigners)

• 75 Self-Funded seats

The selection committee determines category placement based on leadership experience, impact, and application quality.

What does each funding category include?

• Fully Funded: Airfare reimbursement (fixed amount), accommodation, meals, conference kit, cultural evening, and certificate.

• Partially Funded: Meals, conference kit, cultural evening, and certificate.
  (Accommodation is not included. If required, an additional £200 must be paid separately.)

• Self-Funded: Paid delegate package with access to the same benefits (excluding airfare reimbursement).

Is there an application fee?
Yes, the £7 application fee is mandatory and non-refundable for all applicants.

Can I apply without a passport?
Yes, you may temporarily use a National ID, but a valid passport must be obtained before final selection.

How can I pay the application fee?
Payment options are provided in the application portal, including PayPal and bank transfer.

What is the application deadline?
The deadline to apply is 31 April 2025, 11:59 GMT.

When will results be announced?
Selection results will be released on 5May 2025.

Can I edit my application after submission?
No, applications are final and cannot be modified after submission.

What are the selection criteria?
Applications are reviewed based on leadership achievements and social impact. The selection committee assigns applicants to categories accordingly.

Does Youth Leadership Summit assist with visas?
We provide an invitation letter and visa guidance but do not guarantee visa approval.

What if I am not selected for a funded spot?
You can still attend by paying the Self-Funded delegate fee, approximately £400 (tentative, without accommodation) or £600 (with accommodation).

What if I am awarded a Fully Funded seat?
Airfare reimbursement (fixed amount) will be provided post-event after completion of community engagement activities and submission of a testimonial.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General:
By accessing any platform operated by Youth Ambassador Fellowship (YAF), an international non-profit organization, you (“participant,” “partner,” “registered user,” or “contractual partner”) agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Data Privacy Protection:
We ensure strong data privacy compliance; however, YAF is not responsible for data breaches caused by cyber-attacks. Participants agree not to take legal action against YAF regarding such incidents.

Application & Self-Funded Package Fee:

• Application fee is non-refundable and cannot be challenged, even if not selected.
• Approximate Self-Funded package cost: between £150 to £200.
• Self-Funded delegates must submit the package fee in advance through the required method after selection results.

Events:
Participants agree the application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Any negative defamation (oral, written, or visual) against YAF, particularly regarding selection decisions, may result in legal action.

Travel expenses:
Travel arrangements provided by YAF are strictly for the participant's use and cannot be transferred without prior consent.

Changes to the Event:
YAF reserves the right to alter speakers, topics, dates, and venues without liability. Event cancellation or postponement is not the organization's responsibility for damages, losses, or costs incurred.

Payment:
YAF uses secure third-party payment systems such as PayPal, Stripe, and Western Union, governed by their respective Terms and Conditions.

Non-Disclosure Agreement:
Participants must not disclose any confidential information related to YAF without prior written permission.

Liability:
YAF is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during or after the event. Participants are responsible for their belongings.

Code of Conduct:
YAF reserves the right to remove participants violating event rules and maintain decorum by restricting mobile usage when necessary.

Selection Policy:
The selection committee exclusively decides funding categories based on merit and profile evaluation. Their decision is final and not open to challenge.
