This document outlines the official conditions and expectations for all marketing and promotional partners collaborating with Youth Ambassador Fellowship (YAF) Canada 2026.
1. Mutual Benefit: The partnership must deliver meaningful value to both parties — through brand exposure, event participation, product placement, audience engagement, or collaborative promotional campaigns.
2. Brand Alignment: The partner’s mission, operations, public image, and core values must align with the ethical standards and branding policies of Youth Ambassador Fellowship (YAF). Any misalignment, misconduct, or reputational risk may lead to immediate termination.
3. Promotion Deliverables: Each partner is required to:

5. Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this partnership with a 7–14 days written notice if:

6. Financial Arrangements: If any financial sponsorships, benefits, or revenue-sharing arrangements are involved, these must be formalized in a separate, signed agreement prior to any campaign or event commencement. Verbal agreements will not be considered valid.

No additional privileges, unauthorized data access, or unrelated claims shall be entertained outside this agreement. Any collected data will strictly be for operational and agreed promotional purposes only, and must not be stored, shared, or used beyond this scope.
